Houserules

Welcome to our luxury holiday chalet! To ensure that everyone can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM.
  • Guests are requested to always report to reception on the day of arrival, or the following day if arriving after reception closing time. You will be asked to pay the tourist tax and entrance fee here. See general conditions for more information.
  • Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 on the last day of your holiday.
  • Please return the key to the campsite reception upon departure.

Use of the chalet

  • Smoking is not allowed in the chalet.
  • Pets are not allowed without prior permission.
  • Treat the chalet, furniture and facilities with respect. Any damage must be reported immediately.

Peace and nuisance

  • Please consider your neighbours and fellow guests.
  • There is a curfew on the campsite after 11pm.
  • Avoid loud music or noise.
  • Parties and gatherings with large numbers of guests are not allowed.

Cleaning and waste

  • Keep the chalet clean and tidy.
  • Please dispose of waste in the appropriate bins and separate waste according to local regulations.
  • Upon departure, you must leave the chalet tidy.

Safety

  • Close doors and windows properly when you leave the chalet.
  • Use the devices in the chalet safely and according to the accompanying instructions. The accompanying instructions can be found in the information book that is present in the chalet.

Liability

  • The owner or the campsite is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property.

Camping as first point of contact

  • For any questions, comments or assistance during your stay, please contact the campsite reception, which will act as the first point of contact.
  • In the information folder you will find a list of inventory that is present in the chalet. If something is missing or not functioning properly, please report this to the reception.
