We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to your reservation:
Cancellation by the guest
- In case of cancellation up to 15 days before date of arrival, 0% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 14 days and 6 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival date or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation by the landlord
- In exceptional cases, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation, for example in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the full amount you have paid will be refunded.
- The lessor is not liable for any other costs arising from the cancellation, such as travel expenses.
Changes to the reservation
- Any changes to the reservation (such as moving the arrival date) will be handled based on availability. In some cases, administrative costs may be charged.
Force majeur
- In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the lessor, the reservation may be cancelled. In such situations, an appropriate solution will be sought, such as a credit note or a new reservation at another time.
Booking platforms
- When booking via a booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb), the cancellation policy of the relevant platform applies.
